Observe. Check. Try again.
Practise ECG concepts and recorded model patterns. Check each answer, read the explanation, then revisit anything you missed.
SIMULATED · NOT FOR DIAGNOSIS. These exercises teach concepts and model examples. They are not a clinical examination or a measure of clinical competence.
Concept check
Questions and answer choices are shuffled each time. Skip leaves a question unscored. Changing sets starts a fresh attempt; practice records remain.
Attempt complete
Your score reflects the answers checked in this attempt. It does not assess clinical competence.
Your practice records
Only the latest checked result for each question is kept. Skips are not saved. Clearing records leaves the current attempt's score unchanged. Turning saving off deletes device records and keeps this page's temporary records until you leave.
How these exercises are made
Rhythm exercises reuse fixed output from the pinned Junkers physiology engine, not patient recordings. There is no live engine session here, and this practice does not change the Simulator or ECG Lab.
Lead II · recorded display samples 250 Hz · 25 mm/s · 10 mm/mV · model mV. The correct answer is the recorded model's label, not a diagnosis of a patient. This is open practice; answers are available in the browser source.

Concepts use the sources linked with each answer and the ECG Basics lessons. Patterns are simplified teaching examples; a single lead cannot resolve every clinical rhythm.
