ECG Lab / Electrode placement
Compare electrode connections
Change a connection and compare its ECG with correct cables on the same live heartbeat.

How to read this diagram
Teal marks a modeled electrical event; amber marks a conduction decision. Dashed paths show approximate connections, not a moving wave through tissue. His and normal bundle timing are not independently modeled.
The heart and direction display keep the same orientation when cables or anatomy change. The vector uses synthetic model units, not clinical VCG.

Reference: same rhythm, correct limb cables, non-mirrored heart.
Change the conditions
Try LA ↔ RA, then compare lead I.
Limb cable placement
Reset restores correct cables and non-mirrored anatomy. Your rhythm keeps running.
Trace timing and changes
Both traces share the same heartbeat, time scale and amplitude scale. Gold lines mark a settings change.
Each visit starts a new experiment at normal sinus rhythm, 75/min. Changes here keep the same heart session running. Simulator settings are separate.
Model assumptions and limits
Illustrative typical pattern. Real patients may show none, some, or different findings.
Rhythm changes keep the same engine session and clock. The model approximates right-leg potential as left-leg potential; flat leads here are an idealization. Mirror-image dextrocardia uses a simplified chest projection. Chest electrode movement and patient-specific anatomy are not modeled.
