Why some values are not measured
12 leads: swipe horizontally to see the other leads. Turn Measure off before swiping; use sample times to measure without dragging. Short lead cells and the long II strip show different durations at the same speed, so their sweep cursors wrap at different times.
Monitor paused. Drag between two points within one lead and one sweep section. Shows time, rate (60 ÷ time) and height in model mV; not automatic clinical intervals.

- Choose a preset, then adjust its rate. Switching to a different preset clears added layers, noise and drugs; re-selecting the current preset keeps them.
- Use Intervals to inspect model values, or Measure to pause and measure two points. Hide answers removes labels and the displayed heart rate for practice. To teach, add setups with Add to hidden queue first; with answers hidden, Next rhythm (→ or N) steps through the queue, or picks a random rhythm when the queue is empty.
- Use Save for a PNG or original samples, or Record for a video.
New to ECG? Start with ECG Basics, then ECG Practice. Browser Back and Forward change the rhythm in the same running session; they do not rewind the trace or restore every setting. While answers are hidden, the address bar shows a short code instead of the rhythm name.
