About

A live ECG simulator for teaching.

Pick a rhythm and the heart keeps running while you change it: stack AV block, bundle branch block, ST elevation or long QT, ectopic beats, pacing or a drug on top, and watch the same heart respond. Record the monitor as video or PNG, or learn the basics in thirteen short lessons.

How the traces are made

Every trace comes from Junkers, the physiology engine behind TracingsMD. Beats start from modeled pacemaker sites and travel through modeled AV conduction and refractory periods; the twelve leads are projections of one cardiac signal. No generative AI draws the waveforms, and nothing is recorded from a patient. Measured values on screen (rate, PR, QRS, QT) are read from the model's own beats.

Who builds it

Built by an ICU physician.

What it is not

TracingsMD is simulated and is not for diagnosis. It is an educational beta: clinical review of the model and the lessons is in progress, and the traces are teaching examples, not patient records. Do not use them for clinical decisions.
