Stack on this rhythm
The AV node passes each P wave 1:1 up to about 165/min in this model, and the PR lengthens as the rate nears that limit. At about 175–215/min it conducts in Wenckebach cycles (the PR lengthens until a P wave is dropped). From about 220/min mostly every other P wave reaches the ventricles (2:1), so the HR drops to about half: look for a second P wave between the QRS complexes.
